aging effects not covered in the d20 standard table

was wondering if there's been a young adult aging (or not aging, for that matter) modifiers for all the pc races covered by any of the d20 fantasy sourcebooks... was thinking about putting together a peter pan type of character (sans flight of course)... was thinking about just going by the mods used in starwars, but it only covers humans (and star wars species) and i was wondering if any other races have been covered....

Houserules:
I started with Point Buy 20 and gave attribute increases every even level. (Gave some more feats as well).
