Theoretically they are self governing autonomous still no storm troopers or Star Destroyers. Not mentioned much in New canon. Mas Amedda was the last known head of state. I guess they have army and smaller ships?4. Imperial loyalists that surrendered to New Republic personally or their worlds joined the New Republic. S3 Mandalorian,  Ahsoka has them.5. Ex imperials who don't really care about the Empire or New Republic.6. Ex imperials somewhat loyal to the New Republic or want to join it.7. Independent systems may or may not be getting preyed on (Navarro). 3 has been hand waved away think they kinda became 4 perhaps. First Orders the only one with capital ships plausible Remnants have  some but Gideons ship is more similar in size the a Corellian Cornette vs ISD (its a light cruiser). If he had any he didn't use them and had to beg for a few TIE interceptors. Hux would have some,  Pelleaon maybe idk about the others. Emperors flagship is tucked away somewhere Hux should know where it is.</blockquote>
