Alchemist Thought: Touch Injection

WOLead

First Post
Scenario: Level 4 Alchemist with the Infusion Discovery, Touch Injection and Skinsend prepared.

Am I correct in thinking that using Skinsend extract on an enemy, through Touch Injection, is an extremely cruel tactic?

Then go further at level 10, with Combine Extracts to tack on an Alter Self extract on that Skinsend, polymorphing the skin so that it can't rejoin the body until that wears off first?

Any substance to this line of thought, or did my diving into the Alchemist class drive me mad?

By RAW, yes, that would be very nasty, though note that they can dismiss the spell as an action on their turn.

Personally, I'd be inclined to assume that there was a saving throw (probably Fortitude negates (harmless)) implicit there, since there wasn't any way to cast a personal spell on someone else when Sendskin was written up, and listing a saving throw on a spell you can only cast on yourself is a bit silly. But that's just me and how I'd run things if it came up in my game.
