I assume the free version is going to let you play with a curated selection of minis and use some of the premade themed maps, but I would imagine the buck stops there for a free trial. I would be surprised to find out it was a one-time purchase for someone to get the basic library and to be able to host games, but a subscription makes the most sense, as I don't think the mini maker or packages of specific premade miniatures is going to be enough to pay the bills if most of their server uptime is being used by people for free otherwise.</p></blockquote><p></p>
