Wikipedia tells me publication was only delayed.&nbsp; Not halted.&nbsp; It was released in November of 2019.&nbsp; Reviewers who seem to have not cared much about the accusations... found it to be a bit repetitive, and not particularly groundbreaking.So, a mediocre book was delayed a few months while stuff worked itself out?&nbsp; I'm supposed to be particularly concerned?&nbsp; I've backed kickstarters that were delayed longer than that.</blockquote>
