Aren't most images static? I didn't see the motion enable holo cover. I particularly like the implied texture of these two covers. I like the way the color changes from top to bottom. I like the cartoony vibes. I'm hoping in person these will have matte finishes to match the look. I feel like this also captures Lolth's vibes well. Beauty up front with sinister undertones. Her face is front and center, but there underneath is a poor adventurer caught in her web. I think that's fitting. She's the spider queen. She sits back, and gently, and patiently weaves her web, waiting for her prey to come to her. It's the perfect motif for a villain, which seems to be the desired theme for the DMG. They sit back and watch their plans play out, waiting for the heroes to present themselves to them. I like the other covers.. They scream "Rah! Adventure! Dungeons, Zombies, Dragons! This is what D&D is!" but I like these too. As someone who has already experienced that side of D&D I can appreciate that these covers represent a different side of the game. The downtime between the Adventure and the Dungeons, where the character growth plays out. The villain behind the Zombies and Dragons, pushing the pieces and pulling the strings, the representation of the DM. That UPC label though.. Goodness I hope WoTC realizes what a bad choice that is, and it's not too late to fix it
