Everything that can be done with as a (melee) attack.
I made a fighter specializing on trip and disarm for my game last week. He used the spiked chain (10 ft reach + adjacent targets) and had combat reflexes. He annoyed them no end, as they lay on their backs without their weapons pretty much of the time.
