Alternatives to Mordenkainen's Disjunction

What are some alternatives?

My DM is becoming frustrated with his ~20th level campaign because of spell buffs and dispelling. Specifically, trying to dispel the 20th level casters in the party requires a high level caster or a lucky roll. With a Bead of Karma and an Orange Ioun Stone, the players are hitting 25 caster level, which requires a 36on a dispel check. Since Greater Dispel is capped at +20, dispelling the buffs cast at the beginning of the day with a Bead of Karma requires a 16 even for a 20th level caster!

He has thrown in monsters that have casting capability like Spellweavers, but I was wondering about some d20 product besides Arcana Unearthed with ways to dispel. One of the players is dispel specked with Reactive Counterspell, Improved Counterspell and some other unique spells, btw.

I would like some d20 information, but at the risk of having this thread moved to House Rules I would welcome info

In my experience, you are best off looking at the core products and a few of the reputable 'off brand' supplements, but beyond that, if a problem arises, you are best off solving it yourself.

Here is a balanced spell:

Mordenkainen's Disjunction, Lesser
Abjuration
Level: Magic 9 (alternative), Sor/Wiz 8
Components: V
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close
Area: All magical effects and magic items within a 40 ft radius burst
Duration: Instantaneous; 1 rd
Saving Throw: Will negates (object)
Spell Resistance: Yes

Mordenkainen's first attempt at his infamous disjunction spell was a little less potent, but is still worthy of note in the books of many wizards.

LMD has three effects:

1.) Automatically dispels all magic effects withg a caster level less than the caster level of the spellcaster casting LMD.

2.) All spells with a caster level equal to or higher than the caster level of the spellcaster casting the LMD are supressed for 1 rd.

3.) Potions and scrolls with a caster level below the caster level of the spellcaster casting the LMD are automatically destroyed.

4.) Other magic items are suppressed for 1 rd.

Artifacts and antimagic fields are unaffected by this spell. Items in an antimagic field are protected from this spell.

Abi-Dazim's Antimagic Ray
Abjuration
Level: Sor/Wiz 9
Components: V
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium
Effect: Ray
Duration: 1 round/ 2 levels
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes

Abi-Dazim's Antimagic Ray calls into being a ray of viscuous emerald energy that springs forth from the caster's hand and strikes (as a ranged touch attack) a single target within range.

If a target is successfully struck with the ray, the viscuous energy clings to the target's form, creating a personalized Antimagic Field that encompasses the target and nullifies all magical items and effects cast upon the target, or any items the target is attending. If the target drops an item, it is no longer affected by the spell, but any item the target picks up during the duration of the spell is also affected for as long as it remains in the target's possession.

The Antimagic Field created by Abi-Dazim's Antimagic Ray clings so closely to its target, that it does not affect any other creature, even if grappled or struck by the target. Abi-Dazim's Antimagic Ray cannot affect any item that cannot be affected by Antimagic Field.
