The Neverwinter Campaign Guide and the Shadowfell: Gloomwrought box sets, which appeared within the following two months, both featured themes. I don't know the ins-and-outs of game publishing, but it seems like they would have had plenty of chance to learn about themes. Maybe HoS had a delayed release and was actually produced earlier, though, who knows.</blockquote>
