It has arrived!

Three Arrows for the King - the Archer's Guide is now available exclusively at RPGnow in both PDF and Print editions.

---

Everything you need for archery in your fantasy d20 game can be found in this 50 page PDF. Not just a fighter variant, the archer surpasses even the fighter with the bow, but lags behind in melee combat. The archer class also easily handles crossbowmen, javelineers, and even those who would prefer to fight with a thrown knife in the back.

Is the print edition a printed out copy or a standard book? If printed out version, will MEG have a printed version coming down the line latter?

While we have a print agreement for some Ambient Inc. products with Mystic Eye Games, it does not cover all of our releases, as we handle each one individually. Currently there are no plans for an MEG print edition of Three Arrows for the King.

As James pointed out, the Print Edition is a "Print on Demand" edition of the book, a laser printed copy (at higher dpi), perfect-bound with colour covers.

Hmmm. That's a pretty good price for the printed out version, only about $5 more. I'm surprised more publishers don't offer a print on demand version.

Hellhound — Just picked up Three Arrows for the King and Librum Equitis Compiled and I just wanted to say that in the brief looks I've gotten at both of them, I'm really impressed. I've not bought any .pdfs from anyone outside of Malhavoc or Nat20, but I'll definitely be looking at Ambient from now on. :)

Best,

This sounds like a good sourcebook, but I have to wonder, how many
people *prefer* to fight with a knife in their back? >8->
