I don't know whether they could help the Egyptians or the Babylonians if they had no presence. the Egyptians and the Babylonians were empires as well, so it would be empires vs empires, and I don't see much motivation for peaceful Indians to take over side or the other if they have nothing at stake, nothing to protect.</p></blockquote><p></p>
