I haven't noticed any problems with survival for combat classes, so I don't see any "solution", there. If anything, the tanks will hit a point just north of the balance point. Meanwhile, I have genuine concerns about whether the arcanists would cross a southern border on survival -- which was an actual issue in previous editions that needed fixed.</p><p></p><p>So, this really looks like a solution in search of a problem. I think it would actually be somewhat disruptive, if it had any impact at all. IMO, 5E hit the sweet spot on PC hit points. Now, if you want to talk AC, I might be open to that.</p></blockquote><p></p>
