I don't have a group right now, but I still love to put together original encounters and adventures. What I would like to do is solicit requests from DMs that need a particular encounter or (short) adventure for their ongoing campaign. I would intially ask for no money for the service, but if things work out and people enjoy the service, I might set up a PayPal donation or something similar for the future.
Here is an example of a sample request:
"My players have been on the trail of a half-drow vampire for the last several sessions. They have finally tracked her to a ruined tower in an area of rough hills. I need a write up for a CR 12 drow (with at least some levels of Wizard) and a rough map of the ruined tower."
The kind of project that I think I can handle will be 2-4 pages of text (including stat blocks) and a small dungeon/encounter map (which I will scan). I probably don't have the time to tackle anything bigger.
Of course this will be on a first come, first serve basis and if I get flooded with requests, I might not be able to find the time to do them all! So, go ahead you overworked DMs. Hit me with some requests and I will see what I can do!
P.S. I would prefer to hear from DMs that ACTUALLY have a need for an ongoing campaign. While I appreciate the fact there are many creative types out there that could put together some creative requests, I want to spend my time helping fellow DMs.
