Good stuff, altho I am REALLY on the fence about Connor. He plays such a key role in the series as Angel's son but he is such a brat. I don't know if it's the actor or the writing, but he really annoys me. That's not to say I don't like the character. I wish he had more of Angel in him and for that matter, Darla. They were both so strong in body and will. He seems so easily lead around and generally lacking in intellect. He was raised/trained by a fairly smart man and he has been out of touch with humanity all his life until now, but there should at least be some signs of growth by now... That went on way longer than I intended. On to the good! :D Willow's part in the ep was fantastic all around. Her comments about how much Wes has changes as well as her "androgenous" comments about Connor were great. It was quite interesting to really see how much all these characters have changed in 4 years. We all knew how much but the contrast was interesting. Being that this was a transition episode and the last we will see of Angelus in a while (I guess) it was good. I know it would have had more impact had I not known about Willow weeks ahead of time. The Dark Cordy stuff is still interesting now that she is running out of people to manipulate and should ramp up significantly now that Angel is back in the picture. This should also make things interesting (and crowded!!) on Buffy with all that is going on over there. I have to say that my favorite non-Willow scene of the episode was Faith hammering Connor. He had it coming and deserved it. Fred had an interesting role in this one as it seems she may have a little thing for Willow (can you blame her?). Good stuff all around. I can't wait to see how this all wraps up. :)
