Angel of Light

Meadyaon

First Post
How would I make this as a NPC. (i would if ever possible play as it). He is angel of light and a seraph (six winged angel). I know I want him to have hawk-like vision, nightvision, fast healing or regeneration, the ability to assume a form made of out of light (I was thinking he might still be humanoid in shape in his light form), heal others, and may be he has paladin abilities at half his level. The blindingly bright cloud of light is based off of the feat in the Book of Exalted Deed which lets a person radiate light from his or her body.
Standing at the center of a blindingly bright cloud of light is an empyreal figure that appears to be a twelve feet tall human male. Three pairs of wings of made out of golden light sprout from his back. The wings have a wingspan of thirty-six feet. He is muscular, sleek muscles rippling under his glowing golden skin. On his head he wears a golden crown crafted in imitation of the sun’s rays. His hair is bright shining gold, almost the color of the sun reaches down to his broad shoulder. His angelic looking face has a strong, square jaw line and a square hairline. His eyes are bright golden in color and burn like miniature suns. He wears a flowing robe made from a thin silk like material. If you look at it closely the random starry night pictured on it becomes a moving galaxy of its own. Within this galaxy you can see the sun in all its glory. Look at it too long and so you will feel like you are surrounded by the swirling vortex that is the cosmos. In his hands he holds a magnificent looking two-handed sword that is twelve feet in length. He holds the sword as if it where an extension of his body. On his feet he wears leather sandals.

Meadyaon, you didn't give any indication of what edition (or system, really, but let's assume actual D&D) you are talking about.

In 3.5, anyway, there are rules on how to create new creatures in ... Monster Manual 4, I believe? Perhaps look there.

Looks like a Solar.....or a Planetar.
The number of wings is fluff and you can add a "light form" like a lantern archon or another outsider, Ghaele eladrin.....

Seraph? What book is that in?
Which Angel from MM I did you want to use? Solar?
Did you want to make it a Celestial Outsider, and have it be half Seraph(?) and half Solar Angel, and the listed mechanical stuff (Good vision, Low-light vision, etc.) are the key things you want from each race?

I am not the best when it comes to mixing two different races, especially something like two different Celestials, but if you want to make it just one of the races with a half-celestial(ish) template from the other race, I could help you out.

If you are talking about Seraph and Angel as they are in real life, and are just listing the Role-play fluff you want on it, that doesn't really help us help you...
You can just find something mechanically suitable like a Throne Archon (Book of Exalted Deeds page 162), and give it a unique description, as it fits all of your mechanical criteria other then Paladin abilities at half its level... which is an extremely odd and possibly difficult thing to want. You can always just add Paladin levels, or trade out some of its racial HD for Paladin HD.

Also, I have no clue whether its Palor or Pelor, but you understood me right? Should I correct your sentence structure and grammar?

Edit: Remember that NPC is simply a character played by the DM, there is no reason it cannot simply be a monster that is made unique in the eyes of the players.

I assume the OP said Seraph to give information about it having 6 wings. Seraphs are a higher form of celestial (read: angel except the angel's angels wish they were).

As far as the OP's question... it sounds like you have a good handle on what qualities you want. I'm not sure what you are looking for from us. You got REALLY involved in the details; such as wingspan and physical description.

As far as 3.5 mechanics, I think the closest pre-existing creature is a Solar but given the specifics of what you want (even in a fluff way) I think it is a hard sell.

side note A: Why refusal to help Dandu?
side note B: It is Pelor. [sarcasm] Maybe Meadyaon only wanted help from people who can spell the names of the core gods. [/sarcasm]

Sounds basically like a Ghaele Eladrin to me, with some fluff changed/added in. There is a monster class progression for that in Savage Species, making it playable (and very powerful) from level 1.

Also: "He is muscular, sleek muscles rippling under his glowing golden skin... His angelic looking face has a strong, square jaw line... He wears a flowing robe made from a thin silk like material."

Gayest angel ever.

Not that gay angels aren't great, but MMMV.
