A free sample for ENWorld readers-

Feat-
Backstab under your nose- [Squabble]

You excel at attacking friendly P.C’s.
Prerequisites: Cha 13, Sneak attack
Benefit: You double normal damage made on any attack on a fellow party member or other “friendly” targets. This includes sneak attack damage. The attack must not be from behind, but must come during friendly conversation or normal daily exchange. Damage can be double again if this feat is used when your ally is in combat.
Special: This feat can be taking more than once, adding 1 to the multiplier for damage each time.

Meta-skill-
Alter time(Int)
A Time Alterer is able to use a combination of held actions, readied actions and refocusing to confuse the DM into letting them take more than 1 turn in a combat round. This skill can only be used once per combat.
Check: You must successfully use two of the following: Hold action, Readied action or Refocus. Upon completion of 2 of the three you make an opposed Int check against the DM.
If the player wins the opposed check by 5 or less she gains a Move Equivalent action. Beating the DMs check by 10 or more allows a full round action.
Retry: Generally a failed Alter time disallows later attempts during an entire game session. Multiple failed attempts may result in disinclusion from future sessions.

Wow! This sounds like a promising new product!

Tell us more!

BTW: Is this meant to be a game supplement, or is it an entirely new system of rules in a new and exciting setting? If it is a new game, I know just the folks to run through it with. Got a DM in mind already. He's just the type who'd go for this.

But, if it these are supplemental rules, what existing games are they designed for? You say this is d20, but that covers a lot of ground. Core DnD, WW, d20 Modern? High fantasy, low, something in-between?

I want to hear more.
