It was an offiicial TSR product, so I don't see why not. Do you actually have it? Otherwise, the original stats might be hard to come by.

Please excuse the serious thread necromancy, but I just wanted to note that thanks to a recent Ebay auction which included a scan of the "new monsters" page from ST1, the IffanbutT, Shadow Wolves and Snap Dragon are now fair game for conversions

The entry for the Snap Dragon also includes a new dragon -- the pollen dragon, which isn't actually a dragon, but is instead an entirely imaginary beast resulting from the hallucinogenic pollen released by the Snap Dragon.
