Another SRD? Science/Fantasy?

Hello.

We own the rights to, and are republishing, the Gatecrasher Science Fantasy Adventure game. (For those who don't know, Gatecrasher was originally released in 1992 by Hot Tub Dragon using a proprietary system and was republished in 2000 by Grey Ghost Games for the Fudge system.) We're currently converting it to Tri-Stat dX and have signed up with Guardians of Orders' Magnum Opus program.

We're considering a d20 version as well, using GoO's Anime d20 SRD for character creation so we can publish it under Magnum Opus as well. We're also considering releasing the core rules of Gatecrasher d20 as Open Gaming Content and creating a new Science Fantasy SRD.

We're going to have some new classes (of course), a pretty decent cybernetics system, and a new point-based magic system. Then there's the new races, skills, feats, etc.

So my question to all of you is this - would there be interest in another SRD, specifically one targeting the science-fantasy "genre"?

Technically, you don't HAVE to, because you would have already marked the Open Game Content in your commercial product, BUT it would be nice.
