I dunno, I would say that using one of the spheres and activating the Boots of Speed would both count as actions, so the closest you can get to that is moving, activating the Boots of Speed, and then using one of the spheres.  Since you have to hurlo it to the ground you're standing on, I think that would count as a ranged attack with no range, like throwing a dagger at someone lying directly underneath you.  In that case, Lu Bu would get an attack of oppotunity.Actually, I think he'd get the attack of opportunity either which way, since you're standing right next to him.</blockquote>
