I'm going to be starting up a new 3.5 ed campaign soon, and I was wondering if there are any good DM screens on the net for download? If anyone knows of one, it'd be a lot of help!

I don't know about a download, but the Dragon Magazine #310 comes with a free 3.5 DM screen

The Dragon one is very basic, but will do in the short term. Fairly soon Kenzer Co should have a 3.5 screen out that will probably have over ten panels on it with just about everything one could ever want.
My plan is to work with the Dragon one and book flipping until the Kenzer one comes out. If you want an idea of the Kenzer one, check out their 3.0 screen at your local store if any are still in stock. If not, check out the screen they did for Hackmaster -which is of similar caliber.
