Any interest in a streamlined-for-play 4e char sheet?

Would you like a generic editable version of this sheet?

After a pile of experimentation, I've finally got a 4e character sheet that I like: it's a single side of a single sheet of paper, streamlined for play at the table. I've attached an example character at the bottom of this post - it's pretty simple, but that's sort of the idea. :)

Would anybody be interested in a genericized, editable version of this sheet? If so, what file format?

Heh, yeah. Functionality steamrolled right over form on this one, straight out of Austin Powers.

Btw, if you have any suggestions, I've got a good passive Perception (listen) score.

Maybe add some "take 10s" like Perception, Insight, and even some Knowledges?

I like the colour coding idea, and might borrow that for my characters (I will buy one of those multiple 4 in 1 pens to get green, red, and black for the separate powers).

If it was a little prettier, I think it'd be great. Hell even without being pretty, I would definitely look at something like this just for its usability.
