Any Mini Painters for Hire?

If this is the wrong forum my apologies. I am looking to get 2 or 3 DnD metal figures painted and wanted to see if anyone was taking on work.

Here is he first one being used for level 11 Elven Ranger: Reaper Miniatures :: OnlineStore

Wrong forum, though the marketplace is kinda hard to find.

How much were you expecting to spend per fig? Were you planning on paying more or less than $10 per hour of work the painter puts in?

Where has the market place gotten off to?

I was thinking at least 15-20 dollars per fig depending on complexity. I would want to pay at least $10/hour plus supplies. The issue is I don't know how much time is realistic for an experienced painter?
