Any publisher doing non-cinematic, low-magic setting?

I want to know if any publisher is doing a "semi-realistic" late-medieval/early-renaissance setting.

You know, a setting where magic items aren't lying around everywhere, where a hit by a sword actually does damage that takes time to heal, that sort of thing.

Basically, halfway between GURPS and d20. Anyone doing that?

(I've already got Grim'n'Gritty...)

I wouldn't call it a setting, but Avalanche Press' modules and game information is d20, but lacks in the magic.

My group played "Last Days of Constantinople" and the dm said look if you are bringing magic or are a even a cleric think before you use those abilities. It was pretty interesting and healing had to be done on the sly away from prying eyes. And the historical Dracula--Vlad Tepes is one of the villians waging war on Constantinople.

other than those games I can't think of any other that is low magic and still d20.

I had Last Days of Constantinople. (Got rid of it when I got rid of my collection...) I'm not interested in Bastion Press, not too great a reputation.

Maybe when I get enough books again (but THIS time picking and choosing... I'm NOT going to have 28 boxes of gaming stuff again :) ), I'll work something out.
