How much of a constraint is present upon the character is a matter of taste, but saying that a character's ability to aim a gun is fundamentally a different thing than a character's ability to woo a barmaid is not a hard fact but a matter of taste, seeing as many RPGs equate the two. Lots of people like to use those constraints in order to create a role for themselves, mechanically, that they can follow.</p></blockquote><p></p>
