Or, allow me to sum it up in this fashion: Fast Forward Entertainment's company rating is an abysmal 2.52 (2 stars of 5 possible - Poor) based on 44 reviews of their products. Their highest rated product is Orcfest which earned 4 stars from two staff reviewers (Alan and Simon). They have several ratings for products in the range of 1 star - Appalling. To me, this sounds like a last gasp to try to rebound and recoup from poor sales and the loss of those books due to the use of WotC PI. Sad thing is this: Jim Ward spelled backward is Drawmij and he cannot use that name as it is WotC PI. Same with EGG and Xagyg.
Wow this one is too funny. Fast Forward Entertainment? Producers of some of the most poorly rated d20 products to date? Don't believe me check ou the EN World reviews page for them here. I myself picked up one of their books. It was by James Ward (Drawmij if you're keeping score) called Treasure Quests. I knew it had terrible ratings before I picked it up, but I got it for about 70% off and figured surely there was something pilferable in there for that price, and there is, so no worries. It seems that at least they could be given a seperate agreement from the powers that be but alas, I don;t think Hasbro cares about that sort of thing where I feel Adkison might have. As for companies I would consider something like this for? Wizards of the Coast (D&D/d20) Sword and Sorcery Studios (Scarred Lands and Everquest) I'd pay a smaller amount for: Mystic Eye Games/Thunderhead Games Bastion Press Malhavoc Press (if it doesn't fall under S&SS for the imprint) Possibly EN Publishing since I really like Ambient.
