I was awakened early to go to a D&D game (the DM had moved the time up, so he had one of the players call me. If she hadn't called, I would've forgotten this dream. In the dream, I'm at a Star Wars LARP being held at a mall. The mall had agreed that the LARPers could have free reign of all things on the premises, so things were being trashed as people had lightsaber duels and such. The part that stands out in my mind, though, came at the very end. A pair of guys had gotten a large, round, metal-rimmed glass table, and they were rolling it across the floor into walls and stuff, trying to reenact the destruction of Alderaan. I don't recall if they actually managed to, but if it had shattered in an explosive impact, it would've looked cool. I was intrigued by this table rolling, so I put a folding table on its side and shoved it across the hall to another LARPer. Imagine a set up like this: | | | O - - y - - - - - - x | G L A S S W A L L | | | I'm at x, and the guy I'm shoving the table to is at y. The big O is a doorway through the glass wall. So I shove the table, and the guy at y tries to catch it, but instead of stopping it, the force of the shove hits him and knocks him back through the door. Then the table and the guy turn the corner to the left and keep moving, eventually slamming into a solid wall. The impact knocks the guy senseless. I run over to help as a crowd gathers to see what happened. All I can say in my defense is that I shouldn't be to blame, because there's no way that could've happened in real life. I guess I must've used the Force.
