Something I thought was a very thoughtful touch: they included an index book that lists every name, thing or palce in the entuire campaign, gives a one-liner to refresh the DM's memory, then attributes pages where it appears.While I am at work now, I can look into them tonight if anyone has specific questions.</blockquote>
