Anyone know any details about WOTCs' new setting search?

In a recent news post on Monster Manual III, the designers mentioned a new campaign setting search and that WOTC was down to the final three choices so far. Does anyone know any details about this 2nd setting search, when WOTC announced it, and what WOTC has planned this time around?

They probably mean the contest that would produce Eberron. It is probably an old refrence.

I agree, given that they mention Rich Burlew (who writes the Order of the Stick webcomic) as one of the three finalists -- which he was, in the search that produced Eberron.
