D&D 5E Anyone know how the "D&D Next All-Access Adventure Pass" will work at Gencon?

I can't find anything with this title and the only thing close is listed as "part C" during the first listed time. Does anyone know how this event is intended to work or how to sign up for it?

Essentially, your ticket reserves you a dedicated DM for seven 4-hour slots over the course of the convention. That DM will run your table through specially created D&D Next content made for this event. Your ticket also gets you convention-exclusive and event-exclusive swag. The link above gets into more specifics.
