First of all, ninjas don't use katanas. katana's are used by samuri, as it is a weapon of honor. the katana is too big and curvy for a ninja's taste. also, the list of weapon proficencies should be more extensive. ninjas have all sorts of small hidden weapons that they can use remarkably well. also, i'mm fairly certain most ninja's can fight unarmed. they have to be. i'd suggest giving them improved unarmed strike at first level (like a monk) maybe even stunning attack (like a monk, but less often?) but none of the other later, more powerful unarmed monk things (ki strike for example). the class has fighter bab, which only makes sense for the more combat oriented ninja (thus add for weapons profs). maybe give them cleric bab, and give them 6 skills/lvl.</p></blockquote><p></p>
