I have to say that I enjoyed the organization and location much better the last time I went: the Merchandise Mart was much too far to walk in the blistering Georgia heat.That said, I'm kind of ambivilant about some parts of it. I understand that some cons have to adopt a more inclusive mix to attract paying ticketholders (especially now; the main reason I went to DC was to see and pick up stuff I'd never seen before. Now everything is just a mouse-click away and the days of hearing dealers on Sunday afternoon yelling '6 comics for a dollar!' is long gone) but DC has - to my opinion - broadened too much into a 'media' convention rather than an SF/Comics/Gaming con.The costumes are not to be missed. Everyone really puts their best foot forward for this one.</blockquote>
