[Note that sea elves are not aquatic elves in this world, but rather a high-born form of elves that live on the sea coasts (and I think build the ships that can sail to the West in the mythic sense of that). They are somewhat senior to gray elves, and have greater psionic power than gray elves, though less than the Eldar themselves.
