i used my own god-born template, tweeking it a bit to fit her background and history. I chose the spell-like abilities based on her father's spheres of influence, so they are heavy on the healing, good and defensive spells. She can use only the monsters from the 'good tables on the summon monster spells. she is powerful, so would only be used in high-level, power-gaming campaigns. Nor did i list her equipment, so she is fairly unfinished. ;)

APPEARANCE
Ariaval appears as a beautiful young elven woman with the finely chiseled features and creamy white skin typical of high elves. She is 6ft tall with a slender, deceptively muscular and graceful build. Her eyes are an eerie pale bluish gray. Her jet black hair has two white streaks framing her face, a result of a child-hood trauma that nearly killed her.
When normally traveling, she prefers loose, comfortable clothing with plenty of pockets. When not traveling, she prefers loose, comfortable clothing of high quality.
BACKGROUND
Ariaval is the daughter of Kethrianna Tyrnerretyn, a noble elvish sorceress and the deity Naralis Analor, the watcher of souls. Her parents met when a priest of Nerull fumbled a plane-shift spell on Keth and her party of adventurers. Instead of sending them to the Abyss, they were sent to Amoria, the first level of the Fields of Elysium and the traditional home of Naralis Analor. After explaining things to Naralis, he agreed to send them back to deal with the priest who was intending to unleash a horde of undead and other nasties on the local populace. They eventually dealt with the priest and stopped his nasty plan. Kethrianna and Naralis continued to correspond and eventually fell in love with each other. After many adventures, Keth became pregnant and had Ariaval.
Ariaval’s early childhood was largely uneventful. At around 25, she was kidnapped by the Nerull’s priesthood who had never quite forgotten their humiliating defeat. With the help of Naralis’ followers, Kethrianna rescued her daughter. Ariaval recovered from the trauma, but retained two white streaks in her hair as a reminder of the incident. Ariaval first became a Ranger and then multi-classed to a wizard. She now owns a valley and some land in the mountains north of Amn. If approached correctly, she will join with a party, especially if their involved in fighting undead and evil outsiders.
SPECIAL QUALITIES
Base speed is 50ft. Magical Flight is 100ft, agile. Dark-vision 120ft. Arcane sight 120ft. True sight 120ft. Blind-sight 120ft. Can read magic. Can detect magic and alignment as well as evil and undead (type, numbers, power-levels etc). Is immune to scarring. Cannot be turned into an undead creature. If killed by one, she is simply dead. Cannot be turned into a lycanthrope. Is immune to disease, including magical disease. Has a +4 fort bonus vs. poisons and venoms. Regeneration 1 hit point per round. Holy aura, acts as a protection from evil 10ft radius spell. Comprehend languages (permanent). FEATS: Flyby attack, Hover (no wings), Wingover, Scent. Can cast all 0-lvl clerical spells at will, subject to DM approval 1x a round. Can cast 5 clerical spells per lvl, subject to DM approval 1x a day, 1x a round.
