I made mine (I was a digitaloligst) saw it was just a talking frog and was able to purchase the land around it for a "song", as a powerfull adventurer (I think I was lev 2 or 3) rent out the locations for businesses and make my money back 5 fold. It also allowed me to set up a base of opperations for  my tradeing caravan (idea that I was trying to start).
