Spells being on both, arcane and divine lists, may be identified with another -5 penalty to the check. Spells not on the list may be identified with a penalty of 5+spell level to the check, so the Cleric in question could identify the spell being cast as Meteorswarm with a spellcraft check of 38 (15+9 [normal DC to identify] +5+9 [penalty for foreign spell-list]).</blockquote>
