Arcane Word of Recall?

The Word of Recall Spell is Cleric 6 and Druid 8. I have no idea why this is a divine-only spell. Is there either:

1. an Arcane version of this spell

or

2. an existing magic item within any of the rulebooks that replicates this item?

I can figure out how to make it into an item on my own, and I know a DM can rule/handwave/whatever, but checking the RAW first.

Looking for something that will cross planar boundaries, up to spell level 7 with the Factotum class in mind.

As far as I know, there's no arcane counterpart, but it would be easy to just switch it to an arcane spell. Given that arcane spellcasters do a lot more teleporting than divine spellcasters do, I'd be inclined to even drop it down a level, as DM.

Ah, disappointing but good to know. I'll stick with the Plane Shift, Greater Teleport Combo, Which unfortunately takes a Factotum 2 days because he can only cast 1 spell at his highest level, and they are both 7.

But hey, 2 days to go home from anywhere in the Multiverse. Still not too shabby.
