We're creating our new Archive system and combining it into an app at the start so that more complex and evocative mechanics are now possible to be played without slowing the game down to a crawl. For example, we have an in-depth wounding system that allows you to realistically damage custom made monsters! Now instead of bashing hit points endlessly you can dare to chop off the bladed tail of the blind <a href="https://www.facebook.com/NexusShiftStudios/photos/pcb.740160289413826/740159112747277/?type=1&theater" target="_blank">Sahidarah</a> or the gruesome mind-controlling tongue of the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/NexusShiftStudios/photos/pcb.763254007104454/763253883771133/?type=1&theater" target="_blank">Babblefish</a>! </p><p></p><p>Using the app on a computer, tablet, or smartphone, one can have this digital companion sitting beside them as a digital rulebook and referee that makes GMing easier while still having the capability to make things up on the fly! The systems are made to be malleable and easy to understand so that if you ever want to houserule you can either change things within the app or purely at the table. Controversial rules like encumbrance are now handled instantaneously, leading to a smoother gameplay experience without having to sacrifice depth.
