It's also guaranteed to be Open Content. There are many little things in the PHB / DMG / MM that are not Open Content. Simply using the SRD is a lot safer.

That site isn't the WotC official SRD. Granted, I like it a lot better than the *.rtf files here

If you're planning on using OGC, you'd be better off familiarising yourself with the relevant documents.
