I'm looking at the Epic Spell, Epic Spell Reflection... it mentions that you get a ward against all 1st-9th lvl spells which are targetted on the subject are reflected back. Does this count touch spells and "personal" spells?
So, if you picked up the Epic Spell that reflects 1st - 9th lvl targetted spells, you could still be healed with touch spells (or harmed) and you can still buff yourself with "personal" range spells and touch range spells... excellent .

There's a very simple way to tell - look at the spell stat block. If it has an entry called "Target" (rather than Area or Effect) then it is a Targeted spell. So some touch spells certainly are - like Shocking Grasp - while others are not (ray spells, for instance).
