I got a lot of fun out of my D&D books for the past 2-3 years since 3rd edition came out. I think this will only continue with new books.Having designed home brew games, I know ona personal level how hard it is to make a game as near perfect as possible. I have seen crappy game designs and I am sorry if others disagree but 3rd edition did a darn fine job overall. The fact they can do a few revisions and fixes and still be backward compatible proves this to me. My books are in fine shape, despite the useage. (Been lucky in all editions from boxed set on I guess) but having a second set doesn't bother me, I can pass them on to someone else or throw them in the closet with all my other unused games, that I don't regret buying (With afew minor exceptions).I'm not rolling in money but I do support the hobby I love and the Game I like. I want it to continue. That is simple enough reason for me to get them in and of itself.Later</blockquote>
