In my new campaign I am plan on running a few characters that might choose to be large size races. With that being said I have a few questions for you rules minded folk.

1. If our friendly local wizard wanted to Enlarge the Minotaur which spell would he choose?
1.a Also, where would I find a Huge sized weapon damage table for converting weapon effects?

2. What would be a reasonable price to charge pcs that are large size for various things like armor?
(I was considering 1.5x the price)

Thanks,

Per the 3.5 SRD, armor for a Large humanoid-shaped creature, such as a minotaur, costs and weighs twice as much as armor for Medium creatures. For weapon damage, the following table covers it.
Code:
1d2 1d3
1d3 1d4
1d4 1d6
1d6 1d8
1d8 2d6
1d10 2d8
1d12 3d6
2d4 2d6
2d6 3d6
2d8 3d8
2d10 4d8
The first column is the value for weapons sized for a Medium creature, the second column is the equivalent weapon for a Large creature. This is also from the 3.5 SRD.

Currently (AFAIK) there are no spells for enlarginga minotaur. You may be able to research one along the lines of Enlarge Person. I'd make it higher level though, because the ability to enlarge a large creature is more powerful than enlarging a medium or small one.

Stick Righteous Might in a Ring of Spell Storing :)

Or go half-ogre bbn1/cleric and at ECL 11 you can cast Righteous Might by yourself. Don't forget the half-dragon template and it's nice benefits for large creatures.
