Note, that once I made my comment about the art and other factors, I didn't put it in the new review of the book. I'm not out to "get" this book. I wanted to know about these issues, which this review doesn't touch on and still hasn't responded to. Probably in part because the publisher and author have come on board to note how 'evil' and 'uninformed' I am and how I'm making all us 'professional reviewers' look bad.</blockquote>
