A creature with that many attacks is basically making a death attack whenever it does a full round attack (and concentrates all arrows on a single target). This goes back to the subject of theme. Your demon is basically a warrior anyway, even without Fighter levels, so keep it that way. If you want an Assassin in the mix, have this creature working with another demon (or whatever) that is maybe more of a roguish, sniper type, rather than the equivalent of a squadron of archers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
