Spring 1220 Leo asks the Mercer House to arrange a meeting with Horst, if possible within this season (Spring 1220). He also makes his way to Fenghled House, if there is a Fengheld representative there, in hopes of communicating with the Colonge Chapter House and, perhaps, with Horst. Rather naive of him, isn't it? In the meeting, he thanks all for coming, and starts the meeting, as if he was the chairman, as soon as everyone appears. Rather presumptuous of him, isn't it?
