I think she is pretty tied up with her various projects for Frog God and such, and she does mostly dungeons, but the scale of her work is definitely city-worthy.You could also reach out to the original cartographer who did the map in BG<img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" />iA, Jared Blando, and see if he takes commissions or might have a recommendation. Depending on his agreement with WotC he might retain right to some concept art of the city that went unused. It's a slim chance, but might be worth it.</blockquote>
