Well time for me with yet another art update.

HAve started a new thread dedicated to male creatures now, I have called it t Male Monstrousity since it will handles all kinds of incarnations of male monsters and critters.

You can find the new art thread here: http://www.enworld.org/messageboards/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12988
Have just added an male yuan-ti and a male half-dragon[black] / half-human to that thread.

And don't forget to check out my thread with females as well that is found here: http://www.enworld.org/messageboards/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12480

Oh and remember let those comments roll in mates ;)

Be nice to see some finished work eventually.

Well I mainly do sketches in order to learn correct anatomy for the moment. So no real finsihed work as per see will not really be seen just my way to get input on what I do right / wrong so I can improve skills and someday make a complete piece ;)

26 views in the the thread with my sketches and yet only one comment. Hey you can do better folks, help me out here and guide me and of course I might wanna even here what you think of the stuff I have done ;)

Keep comments rolling mates :)

Some good stuff you got going there. The only problem i see is that on some of the sketches the faces look flat and unrealistic, but when looking at the progression in the female thread it looks as though you've got a handle on that. Also the half dragons hands looks kinda wonky.

Other than the minor problems noted i think you doing damn good. I wish i could draw half as well.

First hands I did just become large amorphous bulbs really so I had to redraw them, and in lack of ideas I made clenched fists (that are too small really :( )

Thanks for the comment mate, and keep em coming mates

I'm sorry Liquide. I tried posting some comments, but the server timed out. Let's see if I can remember what I said.

Image 1: Generally good job, except the head is slightly asymetrical, and the foreshortening on the left hand/arm is not quite right. I can't say exactly where the proportions are off here, but I think it might be the pinky finger? Or perhaps the whole hand is too large? Not sure. However, it's still a very good start!

Image 2: Nice teeth. heh. I think the visible hand is too small.

These are a very good start. I think with some more rendering, they will look more fully rounded. You have talent!

How long do you spend to do one of these?

The Yuan-Ti is a 20 minutes sketch and the half-dragon has taken 1 hour in total (mainly to get the shapes right).

Oh yes I know I have made the hand a little small ;) , have to fix that when I get the time for it.

Oh and thanks fer the input mate, keep thoose comments rolling.
