Art Open Calls, here or somewhere else?

Quick Q: If I want to post an Art open call, should I do that here, or in the Art forum? I figured here is OK, but I wanted to know if the Art forum was ok, too for this kind of post.

While I'm not a mod, I have been in this particular forum more than a few times and found calls for art here. There is also rpg.net, which seems to have a preponderance of art calls.
