Art Requests?

Didn't there used to be a thread where one could post requests for artwork to see if someone was interested in doing it? If so, where would I find it?

Somewhere nearing bottom page, I'd just edit your post with the request and the name to atract artists, if they like it (or pay them ) they'll draw, paint, digitise, enscript, photgraph whatever it.
