Also, since it's Continuous Damage, it makes casters make that dc 10 + (1/2 damage from bleeding) + spell lvl check every time they cast while bleeding. Not an incredibly high DC, but IMC the party got surprised by 8 of King Stannos's Assassins [IMC, Also known as the red jesters](Rog 12 w/ ITWF, and expertise), and the cleric was unfortunate to have 3 on him. They did enough damage from their other SA dice to put him in serious danger of dropping from another round, and so he tried to cast a Cure Critical defensively. IIRC when you are required to make multiple concentration checks on your init, you make 1 check at lowest DC, +5 per other check you need to make. Lady Luck frowned, and the cleric miscast. The party was subdued in short order ( the blackguards whipped out saps and a wand of Cure minor wounds), and my players never bad mouthed Arterial Strike again. Indeed, recently, a brightly dressed clown at a festival in a town they stopped at provoked them to keep traveling, despite the fact that he was only flavor, and quite harmless. Note to my players : You are to forget that last sentance. Dringos Wallodor is a threat to be reckoned with :)
