As I mentioned a couple of days ago, the brand new dndclassics.com sites has launched. Run by DTRPG/RPGNow, it allow you to buy D&D products from all editions in PDF format, from BECMI, AD&D 1st Edition, 2nd Edition, D&D 3rd Edition, and 4th Edition. They're not all there yet, but I'd guess they're adding them over time. Wired.com has an article announcing it and, according to that article, they are fresh, searchable scans of the products, and Examiner.com has an interview with DTRPG.

- WotC's latest playtester profile is Matt James.
- D&D Next Goals Part III -- Mike Mearls gives a standard rules overview, announces the above D&D Classics PDFs, and reveals that the barbarian class will be unveiled at Winter Fantasy (24-27 Jan). "The barbarian focuses on rage... we're developing some options a barbarian can always use that reflect a reckless fighting style and quick surges of power at the cost of defense."
- Flying in Style -- "If you want to impress the bystanders, what you really want is a flying mount. James talks this week about the things that adventurers, villains, and the occasional elite cavalry use to fly in style."
- Book Club: Lesser Evils -- "Join us in welcoming back Erin Evans for her third go-around with the Book Club and our 16th discussion! We'll be reading Brimstone Angels: Lesser Evils, the sequel to Brimstone Angels."

- Artist and sometimes DDI author Claudio Pozas has started posting his D&D Next playtest report in Playtest Report, or how Kobolds almost TPKed the PCs in the first combat!
- Game Knight Reviews has reviewed 8000 Zombie/Undead Sounds from Lee’s Lists. It's 3 lists of 20 sounds which you combine to make things like "Nnnn-Aaayy-Ruh".
- You can read a review of Rite Publishing's The Secrets to Adventuring for the Pathfinder RPG. "The Secrets of Adventuring offers a host of new insights and options for your characters to make your Pathfinder Roleplaying Game feel new again!"
- Gaming Tonic talks about the Genesis of the Long Term Campaign - agreeing on what to play.
- Nonprecious Metals is the second part of Kobold Press' Treasure by the Pound article. It looks at values, size and weight of of brass, iron, tin, and so on.
- Matt James has been busy - his Loremaster.org has posted a few new articles. First, an interview with Luke Gygax about Gygax Magazine. There's also composite skill bonuses in the d20 system.
- Neuroglyph Games has kindly posted an article about my own Kickstarter to rebuild EN World.
- Sly Flourish has put together a 9-miute video called Tools of the Lazy Dungeon Master, in which he covers a range of those tools - graph paper, binder clips, index cards, whiteboard, and so on.
